1. Platform Access and Beta Status
EDUxify is currently operating in a Beta phase. This means the platform, its automated synchronization features, and the availability of certain content may be subject to changes, interruptions, or updates without prior notice.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the public areas of our platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
2. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content hosted on EDUxify, including our proprietary 50TB data vault, written blogs, logos, graphics, and structure of the 8 educational pillars, is the exclusive property of EDUxify and is protected by international copyright laws.
- Permitted: Sharing our URLs, embedding our YouTube video links on other sites, and referencing our articles with proper attribution.
- Strictly Prohibited: Downloading raw video/audio files, using automated scrapers on our website, plagiarizing our written content, or redistributing our downloaded Free Courses (PDFs/materials) for commercial gain.
3. Partner Accounts and Security
Access to the EDUxify Internal Dashboard is strictly invite-only for our official partners and collaborators. If you are granted a partner account, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts if any suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.
4. Free Courses and Downloads
When you request a Free Course, our system generates a secure, unique download link sent to your email. These links automatically expire after 3 days. EDUxify is not responsible for generating new links if you fail to download the materials within this timeframe. All downloaded materials are for your personal education only and may not be resold.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The content provided across our 8 channels (including but not limited to Investing, Business, Health, and Mindset) is strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
