Please note that a significant portion of our multimedia content across our 8 educational pillars is hosted on third-party servers (such as YouTube or Spotify) and embedded on our website via public APIs.

If you find infringing content that is embedded from a third-party platform, we strongly advise you to submit your DMCA takedown notice directly to the host platform (e.g., YouTube). Once the host removes the video, it will automatically be removed from our automated synchronization system.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted directly on EDUxify (e.g., blog articles, downloadable PDFs, or images) infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) on EDUxify where the material is located.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (your name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you believe that your content (or the content you submitted via your Partner Account) was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, EDUxify has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the Partner Accounts of collaborators or users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
