This short course will describe a deceptively simple, Ericksonian approach to becoming powerfully calm. Live demonstrations, experiential zone exercises, and case studies will be facilitated to teach how solution-focused questions, strategic interventions, and formal/conversational hypnotherapy effectively treat anxiety, depression, and trauma.
